These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Juliana Apartment, Bohinj Lake.
After receiving your booking request, the selected dates will be temporarily blocked to prevent double bookings.
A reservation is officially confirmed only after payment is received. Once payment has been received, the guest will receive a written confirmation.
Payment is made via bank transfer.

The total price includes:
• Accommodation
• Tourist tax
• Final cleaning
• Check-in: after 15:00
• Check-out: until 10:00
Guests are required to respect the house rules, including:
• No smoking
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email).
• Free cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: 100% refund
• Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged
Due to short notice, it is often difficult to find replacement guests.
Refunds are processed to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
Bank transfers usually take 2–3 business days.
Guests must report any damage or issues immediately.
Additional charges may apply for:
• Damages
• Extra cleaning
• Lost keys or replacement of locks
Guests stay at their own risk. The host is not responsible for injuries or accidents, except in cases of gross negligence.
By confirming a reservation, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
